VoiSmart is aware that people representing companies with which it conducts business value their privacy.
VoiSmart has always endeavored to comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of privacy and now its processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679
EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) aims to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Such data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site.

With regard to the website www.voismart.it / www.voismart.com, please note that: at any time, you can surf the site "anonymously", but there are areas of the site protected by login and password with confidential content that can be accessed after registration. Access to the reserved areas is subject to an agreement between VoiSmart and the Companies that deal with the resale of the products in the VoiSmart price list of which the Interested Parties are the representatives/contact persons. In this case, the information entered on the site will be processed by VoiSmart to fulfill the contract and to allow the download of software and/or documents. The data will be kept until the termination of the contractual relationship between VoiSmart and the Company itself.

remind you that the processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction.

The processing of data will be carried out by personnel authorized/assigned by VoiSmart with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of your data and consists of their collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
VoiSmart uses these data exclusively for purposes related to the exercise of its activity such as:

-3 respond to requests for assistance (technical support ticket) and repair requests (RMA form) submitted through the reserved area of the site;

The provision of personal data is optional; however, any refusal to enter them could make it impossible for Voismart to allow access to the reserved area and provide the features present there (respond to requests for assistance -ticket technical support -, repair requests -RMA form-, download software and/or documents) or prepare and send the commercial offer or information requested through the contact forms.
Your consent is not required for the processing of data for the purposes indicated above since the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you are a party, or the Company that you represent/you are a contact point, or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation), as well as, where applicable, to fulfil a legal obligation (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation).
6. DURATION OF TREATMENT
The personal data referred to in point 5. above will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the user with the requested service and will be deleted immediately afterwards, without prejudice to further storage obligations provided for by law. In case of registration to the private area, the data will be kept until the termination of the contractual relationship between VoiSmart and the Company of which the User is the representative / contact person after which the user will be disabled and the data deleted.
7.SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Within the scope of its activity and for the above mentioned purposes, VoiSmart may use services provided by third parties operating on its behalf and according to its instructions, as data processors. These are subjects that provide VoiSmart processing or instrumental services (e.g. consumer service, computer services for the functioning of the site). You can request a complete and updated list of the persons appointed as data processors by contacting VoiSmart.
The data may be transferred within the European Union, where VoiSmart or its suppliers are based or have their servers in these countries. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. Your data will not be disseminated.
