Each of our customers is assigned a six-digit numerical code, called Customer Code. This code makes it possible to contact our technicians by telephone through a dedicated line that guarantees the priority of the call. How? After dialing the VoiSmart Support phone number, enter the Customer Code, the call will be taken over by the first available technician.

Service Portal

If you are registered on the service portal, you can assign fault report tickets directly to the technical staff, making it much easier to manage service requests (by e-mail or telephone) or other exchanges of information with your customers or users.
