VoiSmart's all-in-one solutions are low-power appliances optimized for IP telephony solutions, highly reliable. In a single appliance you can install all the telephone services, the group chat service as well as the video conference service.
VoiSmart appliances are powerful and flexible and can handle up to 60 phone lines and up to 240 users. The appliances have two sizes: compact for small businesses or in standard 19" rack format to be installed in a rack cabinet.
Thanks to the flexibility of configuration and format, VoiSmart appliances meet small and medium size requirements very well.

VoiSmart solutions on rack server are powerful and flexible central units able to manage up to 500 lines (VoIP and/or PSTN). They are solutions able to manage up to 10,000 users and therefore able to optimally meet the requirements of corporate customers and the needs of very complex configurations.
The server rack solutions are available only on hardware certified by VoiSmart laboratories in order to ensure maximum performance and robustness. In the minimum configuration they are equipped with at least RAID 1 disks and redundant power supply. The product is equipped with a "care pack" service on the hardware (24×7-4 hours on site for 3 years, extendable optionally to 5 years).

In order to minimize the service interruptions in case of failures, VoiSmart solutions use multiple measures that can be implemented according to the service guarantee you want to obtain. In practice, the most effective solutions are also the most expensive and for this reason the less efficient but cheaper ones are also considered. The solutions can be classified according to the type of fault you want to protect yourself from and according to the interconnection topology. In the case of a single site is very simple so it is sufficient to duplicate the critical equipment and use failover mechanisms. In the case of distributed solutions the connectivity between the sites comes into play and therefore will also be considered mechanisms of interconnections between the power plants.
The VoiSmart failover configurations are essentially two: Master-Master and Cluster. In those Master-Master each machine is able to bear the entire load of the system to ensure maximum service in case of failure or maintenance. In the Cluster solutions there is a pool of power plants operating in a distributed and collaborative way in which in case of loss of a node the others take the load of the latter automatically.
